eStatement Sign Up Instructions
Verify Email *** This is very important. Your email on the system has to be correct to receive our Verification Code.
Log into Internet Banking. Go to Services and click Change Info.
Verify the Primary Email Address is your current email address.
- If the email address is current, proceed with the next step.
- If the email address is not current, delete the old one, retype your current email, and click Submit.
eStatement Sign Up: Go to Services and click on eStatement Sign Up.
Read the Electronic Correspondence Agreement. Once you are finished reading this, check the box to indicate you have read the agreement and then click I Agree To These Terms And Conditions.
If you do not see the Electronic Correspondence Agreement, and there are already check marks next to your accounts showing, then you have agreed to these terms and conditions and are already signed up for eStatements. At this point, you can check more accounts you wish to receive statements electronically. If you have any problems with your Verification Code, please contact our Internet Banking Department at 812.852.4002.
After you click I Agree To These Terms And Conditions, you should then receive a message that looks like this:
Once you have received this message, wait about 5 minutes and check your email inbox. You should then have an email from email@example.com with a Verification Code in the message.
You will need to write this Verification Code down, or copy it (Ctrl c).
Go back into Internet Banking. Go to Services and click on eStatement Sign Up.
You will need to type or paste (Ctrl v) your code in the Enter Verification Code box – outlined in green below.
After you have entered your code, check which accounts you want eStatements for, and then click Submit.
You should then receive a message that looks like this:
Viewing Your eStatement(s)
Note: There will not automatically be an eStatement available. You will need to wait until your statement cycle has ended. You will receive an email the day your eStatement has been processed. You will then be able to view your eStatement the next business day by 10:00 am.
Go to Accounts and click on eStatements.
Under Selection, click the Account you want to view. Once selected, under Account Documents, click DDA E-Statement.
If the eStatement is available, you will then see a file that begins with DDA Rendered Statement…
Once you click on the DDA Rendered Statement, your eStatement should then appear in a pop up window:
If the eStatement is not available, you will get a message that reads NO DOCUMENTS FOUND
