Immaculate Conception Catholic Church Community Auction

Location: Immaculate Conception Catholic Church - Millhousen, IN

We are now taking reservations of your consignments (or donations) for our 2018 auction, scheduled for Saturday, August 11th at the Catholic Church grounds in Millhousen, IN.

We strive to obtain the best price possible for your items by advertising well, and having a team of awesome volunteers that will make this a great auction!

We accept: Farm Machinery, Vehicles, Tools, Firearms, Antiques, Households or any new or good used items. (Retail consignments welcome!)

No charge for advertising!

Forklifts will be available for unloading and loading of items.

We have tents to cover most furniture.

Delicious food and drinks will be served for lunch.

Please contact one of our volunteers by July 28th to ensure your sale items are listed in our sale bill and other advertisements.

Commission Rates:

$5.00 and under are consider donated.
$5.01-$25.00 = 25%
25.01 - 75.00 = 20%
75.01 - 100.00 = 15%
100.01 - 500.00 = 10%
500.01 - 1000.00 = 8%
1000.00 and up = 6% 

-Special commission rates available for complete estates, and larger equipment.
-$30.00 deposit for Autos, Trucks, Trailers, ATVs and Motorcycles.
      Must have clear and proper title
-$30.00 deposit will be charged for each item that has a reserve price.
- A disposal deposit may be required, at our discretion, for difficult to sell items.

Auction items must be dropped off the day prior to the sale! (Friday)
